Singel 101 is an intimate family-run restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam, where warm hospitality, organic ingredients and international inspiration come together in a changing chef’s-choice menu.

Choose a 3-, 4- or 5-course dinner and let the kitchen shape your evening one course at a time. Our menu changes approximately every five to six weeks, allowing us to work with the seasons, respond to the ingredients and continually explore new flavours and ideas.

Behind Singel 101 are two sisters whose family character and Chilean roots bring warmth, personality and a genuine sense of hospitality to the restaurant. The result is dining that feels personal rather than corporate, refined without becoming formal, and special without unnecessary theatre.

Our internationally inspired kitchen is not tied to one cuisine. Instead, influences, techniques and flavours from different places are brought together thoughtfully, always with respect for the ingredients and the rhythm of the meal.

All of this takes place inside a historic canal house on the Singel, creating an intimate Amsterdam setting made for conversation, discovery and evenings worth remembering.
